WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES THE OXY COMPANY STORE ACCEPT?
The Oxy Company Store, operated by My Corporate Expressions, accepts all major credit cards.
- For personal purchases, a personal debit or credit card should be used.
- For business purchases, an Oxy Procurement card is required, and purchases are subject to applicable company policies and manager approval for reimbursement.
- Oxy Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Amex cards are not permitted for purchasing Oxy-branded merchandise.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIMES
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Shipping times vary depending on the item. In-stock items ship from My Corporate Expressions' Houston warehouse within 1-2 business days. Production times for made-to-order apparel and products vary. Check the product listing for estimated timelines and allow extra time for processing and shipping.
Note: If you purchase both in-stock and made-to-order items, they will ship together following the production of the made-to-order item.
CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
Yes. In-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Expedited shipping charges will apply. Made-to-order items are not available for same day or next day shipping.
WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?
Made-to-order means the item is not currently stocked. These items follow factory minimums and go through the production process to apply logo(s) when an order is received. Made-to-order items have different production lead times and ship upon completion. On average, the production process takes 7-12 business days which does not include order processing and shipping times.
Also, it is important to note that if you purchase both in-stock and made-to-order items, they will ship together following the production of the made-to-order item.
Can I ship my order to an international location?
The Oxy Company Store is for U.S. orders only. If you are not located in the U.S., please contact your local Supply Chain team at Oxy for more information on how to ship items to a domestic office that you plan to visit soon.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
In some cases, yes. If your order has not yet gone into production or shipped, you can make changes by contacting My Corporate Expressions customer service via email or at +1 (832) 688-8627. Their team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Please use the Contact form to request a Return Authorization. If an item is defective, My Corporate Expressions will pay the return freight. Otherwise, you may ship the order back to us at your convenience and expense. Refer to the Return and Exchange Policy for detailed information.
WHAT IF I NEED SOMETHING THAT’S NOT AVAILABLE ON THE OXY COMPANY STORE?
If you need a product that is not listed on the Oxy Company Store, complete the Contact form and Oxy's Program Manager will be in touch. My Corporate Expressions supports the branding and promotional needs of many major brands and may be able to help you find what you need.
CAN I STILL ORDER THROUGH THE PREVIOUS BRANDED MERCHANDISE STORES?
The preferred vendor for domestic orders has changed to My Corporate Expressions, a Houston-based company. The previous company store has been discontinued.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS WITH MY BUSINESS OR FUNCTIONAL GROUP NAME BADGE?
Many items lend themselves to a second imprint location. To request an addition of your business, function or program identifier, complete the Contact form and Oxy's Program Manager will be in touch.
CAN I ADD A PARTNER OR JOINT VENTURE LOGO TO OXY MERCHANDISE?
Co-branded merchandise is generally not permitted without special exception. To initiate the special approval process for these types of requests, please fill out the Contact form and Oxy's Program Manager will contact you.
How do I order trophies, awards and commemorative coins?
My Corporate Expressions has multiple vendors that produce awards, trophies and commemorative items. Simply fill out the Contact form and Oxy's Program Manager will be in touch.
